Our soda water bottling machine is a machine that is used to fill all types of carbonated drinks, soft drinks, soda, beverages in both glass and PET bottles.
The machine consists of a Carbonator, two head filler, and a capper.
The soda water making machine is a negative filling machine and it is equipment that works on the principle of full automation

Air conveyor
Air conveyor is horsed on the floor, with fan installed on the top. Air filter is positioned at everyentrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are blocked on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power. All are made of stainless steel ANSI304, except the horses, board of plastic and nylon.

1.Stable conveying, using synchronous chasing control between the conveying belt and engine, making bottles in good condition in the conveying: non-falling, non-block, non-jam.
2. Conveying belt is designed by module, component can be interchanged easily, with compact structure, low noise, easy assembling and maintaining, good flexibility to combine the bottle type according to the different capacity.
3. The design of electrical control is advanced and rational, we can design the control method , select the electrical control component according to client's layout, to improve the conveying stability
4. Set the switch according to conveying system layout or customers' reasonable requirement, for the convenience of operation.
5. Belt lubricating system is equipped
6.Main part all using ANSI304

Our Factory is located in Zhangjiagang City, 2 hours drive from Shanghai and 1 hour drive from Wuxi(airplane & high-speed rail). If you arrive at Shanghai or Wuxi, we can pick you up to visit our factory.
